I just purchased a 2002 H.D. Dyna Defender (look 'em up). Kaitlin had this bike brought down from their Myrtle Beach dealership just for me to look at. I was very serious at that point, but wanted to lay my eyes on the bike and listen to the motor as well as ride it. Tom got me out on two separate test rides before I commited 100%, but I was sold on the first one. I am vey thankful to have met the people that worked with me and my wife so hard to get us on a beautiful bike. I want to start by thanking the first person to greet us which was josh Gunz Smith who proceeded to show us all the inventory until we found the perfect bike for me and my wife he was extremely friendly and personable and will receive my business my friends and my families. The next person we came in contact with was kaitlin Giles who was just a joy to work with and was diligent to get the price absolutely perfect for us. And last but certainly not least was William Capps who kept me company while the paperwork on my bike was being completed. In the time we spoke he told me of several places to ride and upcoming events as well as invited me to bike night. We really look forward to the time we are goin to spend on this bike and I thank all of you for it for that May God bless all of you.

I contacted Steve by phone asked him about a bike , told him about what time I would be there. E we met , I looked at the bike told him I wanted that one, Took it around cleaned it up . Him and Sam got me out the door in less than 2 hours from start to finish . Great job guys !!!!

I was traveling from Wisconsin and had problems with my bike cutting out. I brought it in to Low Country Harley-Davidson for unscheduled service at 11am on Saturday, knowing they were closed on Sunday & Monday. Chad and his team of Service Professionals went WAY above & beyond what was expected. The shop closed at 5, but there was at least 6 people still working on my bike at 6:45. Chad took time out of his own life to take care of me for another hour on Saturday night and 2 more hours on Sunday. I can't stress strongly enough how appreciative I am for everything. You guys absolutely rock. If I am ever in the Charleston area again, I will go out of my way to stop in and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

We purchased a gift certificate from Amanda for our son-in-law, and she was so pleasant to work with. She even added a birthday greeting for Joe. We have had a lot of trouble with our mail delivery here in the past few months. Today, after eleven days, we called to let Amanda know that it hadnt arrived. She immediately found the record of our purchase, spoke

with her manager, and sent an email version with the information on the gift card. We could not be happeier with the wonderful customer service we received from Amanda. Ty and Jimy in the service department did a great job and quickly got me in and out while answering questions I had. Ty was very thorough and took the time to explain the billing statement in detail. The price on my Ultra Limited front tire was great too!

This dealership is amazing. Guns was my salesman the dude is top notch. I received a offer from a different dealership before I committed. Im not sure I wouldve stayed Ole Guns just does a good job. Samantha handled all the financing paperwork and got me linked up with Harley Insurance. She killed it as well. This dealership has earned my business in the future for sure.

A friend said he put a oz. of ZDDP in his primary chain oil to help/avoid wearing on chain tensioners. Is that good or bad ?

Ella did a remarkable job. I went in for a visit in November 2020, and she stayed with me until my purchase in February. She gave me constant updates on the status of the new arrivals. Been going to Low Country Harley for years. Ella has been the best sales person I have ever met and Rush in service has also been absolutely fantastic. Ellas product knowledge is fantastic and its nice to know I have a sales consultant who works for me and spends the time to make sure Im not only getting a good deal, but Im getting the right bike. Its nice that someone will listen to what Im looking for and suggest options that will not only fit my budget but fit my riding style. Rush has been a blessing in service/parts. Always on his A game and has been tremendously helpful with insurance, warranty, and customer pay options. Spoke to AL in sales and told him what I wanted. Within 1 week he found the bike I wanted. I drove 4 and a half hours to get it. None of the other Harley dealerships that I coontacted, offered to search the way that AL did. So, I didn't mind the drive. Once I was there, I was greeted by the most professional and friendliest staff ever. Everyone was nice. I spent a lot of time talking to Terrah in the apparel department. She is a sweetheart.
